The Nourished Womb: 6 Weeks to Optimal Nutrition for Fertility to Postpartum

 

During my program, I’ll coach you around your nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy so that you can have the healthiest body, pregnancy, and baby possible.

I’ll help you optimize your health to increase your fertility, decrease common pregnancy-related symptoms (nausea, vomiting, food aversions, cravings, exhaustion), work to prevent pregnancy-related complications, and achieve a healthy weight before, during, and after pregnancy.

Whether you want to plan your pre-conception nutrition to get your body ready for a strong start, or you want coaching throughout your pregnancy, or you want help with postpartum recovery like eating to breastfeed and meal planning/prepping around exhaustion, this program is for you!

Six weeks is enough time to start to integrate healthier lifestyle changes so they become habits. But if you’d like additional support to take you through postpartum, you have the option for Continuation Coaching.

The Details:

  • 1 session every week for 6 Weeks (1 60-minute Intake session + 6 50-minute Follow-Up sessions) with unlimited between-session messaging support through the Practice Better app/website

    • Prerequisite: Complete an Intake Questionnaire and a 3-Day Food Journal before our Intake session. The 3-day Food Journal will form the basis of your new nutrition protocols!

  • 1-2 Individualized Nutrition Protocols/Recommendations to follow after each session

  • Option to continue through postpartum with Continuation Coaching

  • Perfect for you if you're trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum and want help with your nutrition so that you can have the healthiest body, pregnancy, and baby possible!

Investment: $750 USD

Option for Continuation Coaching: $300/month

How this works:

If you’re interested in my program, the first step is to book a market research interview & free nutrition coaching session. In exchange for an interview, I'm offering free 1:1 nutrition coaching and will support you with anything you'd like related to fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum nutrition. The interview and coaching session will be held over Zoom and won't last more than 40 minutes (15 mins. of market research questions followed by up to 25 minutes of free coaching.) If, and only if, by the end of the call we both feel excited by the idea of moving forward together, then we’ll schedule a separate call to discuss working together. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a contract to review and sign, a payment invoice, as well as an Intake Form and 3 Day Food Journal for you to complete prior to our Intake Session.

In our sessions, I’ll create nutrition protocols that are realistic for *you*! I firmly believe that whole foods have to fit into your whole lifestyle. I will recommend foods that research has shown help to “stack the deck” in your favor for a healthy baby and easy pregnancy, including eggs, meat, vegetables, fruit, seafood, and full-fat dairy products. If you have food sensitivities or allergies, let me know. 

My specialty is in whole foods with the widest variety of foods possible. For that reason, I don’t work with women who are only interested in 100% plant-based vegan diets (but I have some wonderful referrals I would be happy to share).
