Plenty of people will tell you what you can’t eat while pregnant. But very few can tell you what to eat to get pregnant, enjoy a healthy pregnancy, have a safer delivery and faster recovery, and feel energetically and nutritionally supported during postpartum. 

The fact is, you have different nutritional needs at every stage of the journey. And, every woman’s journey is different. You may have preexisting food allergies, first trimester food aversions, or overwhelming cravings for chicken nuggets (I won’t judge).

I’m not here to police your eating. I am here to empower you with the knowledge of how to optimize your health for yourself and your growing family, so you have less to worry about, and more energy and joy for this magical process of creating life!

Did you know that your nutrient needs are actually higher in early postpartum than during pregnancy? I know, right?! I’ll work with you to achieve a healthy weight, eat to breastfeed, and meal plan/prep around exhaustion.

These are healthy foods for pregnancy.
Instead of focusing on what not to eat while pregnant, I tried to focus on what TO eat and ended up with my beautiful daughter!

I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I help women learn to eat in a way that supports the new needs of their bodies, especially through pregnancy-related challenges like nausea, food aversions, exhaustion, weight gain, weight loss, and breastfeeding.
